New Innovations Consulting

Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: December 2025
Last Updated: September 20, 2026
All payments made to New Innovations Consulting are non-refundable once a client has signed a contract, approved a proposal, or submitted an initial payment, deposit, retainer, or first installment.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that New Innovations Consulting may immediately begin reserving project time, completing strategy, planning, research, administration, creative development, and other work related to the agreed services.
No Refunds
Once an agreement has been signed or payment has been submitted, the client may not receive a refund because of:

  • A change of mind

  • A change in business direction

  • Failure to launch or use completed work

  • Delayed communication

  • Failure to provide content or approvals

  • Choosing another service provider

  • Personal or business circumstances

  • Early cancellation of the project

Payments already made will not be refunded except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by New Innovations Consulting in writing.
Project Abandonment
Clients may not abandon an active project to avoid their remaining financial obligations.
If a client stops communicating, delays the project, refuses to provide required materials, or chooses not to continue participating, the project may be paused or closed; however, any remaining balance required under the signed agreement will remain due and payable according to the contract.
Client inactivity does not cancel the agreement or eliminate outstanding payments.
Social Media & Recurring Agreements
Social media management, marketing retainers, brand management, website management, and other recurring agreements are binding for the term stated in the signed contract.
If a client chooses to end services before the contracted end date, the remaining contract balance must be paid in full, unless the written agreement specifically provides another termination option.
Stopping services, removing account access, becoming inactive, or requesting early cancellation does not automatically release the client from the financial obligations of the agreement.
Delays Caused by the Client
Failure to provide content, access, approvals, feedback, photographs, login information, or other required materials does not qualify the client for a refund.
New Innovations Consulting may adjust the project timeline based on availability when delays are caused by the client.
Third-Party Expenses
Any third-party expenses paid or committed on behalf of the client are non-refundable, including advertising spend, software, website platforms, domains, vendors, photography, videography, printing, subscriptions, and production expenses.
Agreement Priority
If a signed contract or service agreement contains more specific payment, cancellation, or termination terms, the terms of that agreement will control.
By signing an agreement or submitting payment to New Innovations Consulting, the client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
