All client projects may be subject to an additional written agreement describing the scope of work.
Depending on the project, this may include:

  • Client responsibilities

  • Payment schedule

  • Revision limits

  • Communication expectations

  • Approval procedures

New Innovations Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by a client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
6. Payments
Fees for services will be described in the applicable invoice, proposal, contract, payment plan, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment may be required:

  • In full before work begins

  • Through a deposit

  • Through scheduled installment payments

  • Through monthly recurring payments

  • According to project milestones

Clients are responsible for paying all amounts by the stated due date.
Work may be delayed, paused, or suspended when an account becomes past due.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service, product, agreement, and stage of completion.
Because branding, consulting, digital services, creative work, and marketing services frequently involve substantial preparation, customized labor, strategy, and reserved project capacity, payments may be non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise stated in writing.
Digital products, downloadable resources, templates, guides, or educational products may also be non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where otherwise required by law.
